St. Valentine's Day Chocolate Cupcakes 2021

Hello fellow readers and followers!
As you might know St. Valentine's day is coming soon. If you want to win somebody's heart I have one solution for you-give them cupcakes! Of course not any cupcake can do the magic, which is why I am sharing with you one tested love recipe for cupcakes. For me, it works every single time I make it!

Here is what you need for 5 cupcakes (big size papers):
55 gr melted butter
1 1/2 dl (cups) flour
1 dl sugar (white, regular)
1 big egg ( 2 small eggs work perfectly too)
1 tsp cocoa
2 teaspoons O'boy (if you don't have you can skip it or put 2 teaspoons cappuccino powder)
1 teaspoon milk
chocolate with special flavor ( just a few pieces )
(For the chocolate pieces I used chocolate I found in the local store. The brand is Marabou-Sensation "Cookies Cream" and the flavor is just amazing)

Let's start!

First, set your oven at 180°C and prepare 5 big sized cupcake papers. ( If you have middle or small works too but you might need more than 5 in that case) .
Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add the egg(s), butter, milk, and mix very well. Fill up about 1/2 of your cupcake papers with the mixture. Now break the chocolate in small pieces and put approximately 1 block in each cake. Cover the chocolate with the rest of the mixture. You can also use small pieces of the chocolate to put on top as I did. Don't worry if they look very full(there is no raising agent in the ingredients which is why we fill them up).
Bake the cakes for 20 minutes. When the time is up take them up and leave them to rest for 2-3 minutes before you serve. ( My boyfriend didn't wait for so long and I promise they smell delicious) Serve them hot!

Enjoy!
